The challenge
How to redesign a careers website that needs brand identity, does not focus on user needs or accessibility, and lacks a welcoming touch to prospective employees?
The solution
As the lead designer, I was tasked with designing a new careers site that is user-friendly and accessible, reflects the Paysafe brand, and stands out amongst other payment solution companies careers sites.
I worked alongside copywriters, content managers, and developers to create a site that reflects Paysafe’s employee brand, projecting the bold, energetic and welcoming personality of the company.
Concurrently, I worked with a motion designer to storyboard and create a recruitment video to display on the new careers site.
